Things to Know

  • Items are kept waiting for you on the Holds Shelf for one week after the item comes in.
  • Make sure that your Contact Information is correct, so that you get the notification that the item is ready for pick up.
  • You may have up to 15 items on hold at one time.
  • If you change your mind and don’t need the hold any longer, you can contact us and we’ll take it off without charging a fee.
  • A $2 unclaimed holds fee will be charged if the hold is not checked out within the 7 days after it is placed on the Holds Shelf.
    • If you are unable to pick up the hold, please contact us during those 7 days.

What does the Hold Status mean?

  • Pending: your hold was placed and we’re getting it ready.
  • Active: someone else has your item and you’re in line to get it. You’ll see a number that indicates where you are in the queue.
  • Shipped: it’s coming from another branch and it’s on its way.
  • Held: it’s ready to pick up!

Return Items

You can return your items either inside one of our branches during open hours, or using our outside dropboxes 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
