Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library launched in Shasta County last month, with over 1,800 children already signed up! In partnership with First 5 Shasta and the Shasta Library Foundation, the program mails a free book each month to children from birth to age five—helping families build home libraries and inspiring a lifelong love of reading.
