Building leadership capacity in the public sector is a major focus for our City and County. In response to this emphasis, the Redding Library has partnered with the City of Redding’s Personnel Department to ensure that our collections are in tune with key public sector management and business topics. The library holds many resources related to leadership and professional development. Each of the titles included in this collection offer a unique perspective on leadership and supervisory roles, and the challenges associated with running effective public and nonprofit organizations.
